Sarge 

My husband and I bought Sarge when he was about 9 weeks old. We wanted a BIG loving friend. And indeed thats what we got.

We have 3 children Dalton 11yrs, Jasmyn 8yrs, Dylan 6yrs.

We live 3 miles out of town and Sarge has 6 acers to roam.

My Husband, Casey is the Sheriff for Valley County.

I am self employed  as A Licensed Child Care Provider, Daycare is in my home...Sarge Loves all the kids & babies!!

Sarge was very easy to potty trained as a puppy. If he wants to go out he lets us know by sneezing or gettting on the carpet where he isn't to be.lol  As a Male I thought we would have problems in the house...he has never once tried to mark anything in our home. 

Even though he is very large, he is in the house and he does very well. He is very calm and just lays around. Sarge is trained to stay off the carpet. He has never attempted to get on the furniture because we *never let him when he was a pup*. Sarge comes & goes as he pleases..if he wants in the house knocks on the door(hitting it with his paw) if he wants out he sneezes at us!!

He sleeps in the house every night. He loves to be with the family all the time! 

Sarge has never showed any sign of aggression toward anyone or anything. Yet he is protective!  

He has grown up with children and he loves them all.  He does not jump on the kids. He likes to play football and wrestle with our oldest son. He is always doing what ever the kids are doing for example: we have a pile of dirt and the kids like to dig in it, when they are digging so is he.

Sarge absolutly loves the snow...he pulls the kids on the sled from time to time.

Sarge is very friendly...he loves everyone. He rarely barks unless someone comes in the yard and he does not know them. When we let him know that it's OK for them to be around he is then fine and is a love bug!

When he is left home outside for the weekend he never leaves. When we are gone he does not eat any food, (even though we leave him more than enough) he waits until we get home to eat.  

Sarge gets along great with other dog & our cat.  He is still a puppy at heart and it shows.

We are very happy to have him as part of our family we love him dearly!
